Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Lead Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of insurance follow-up and collections,
including complex inventory and issue resolution
Provide coaching and training to staff members, including new
hires, and assist in special projects as assigned by management
Participate in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge and
effectively communicate issues to management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education
3-6 years of experience in Medical/Hospital Insurance related
collections
Advanced knowledge of UB-04, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and
terminology
Proficient in technical skills including PC and MS Outlook
