Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Personal Risk Service Center
Leader- West (Hybrid or PST Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Coordinators and
insurance service professionals
Drive timely processing of endorsement services and ensure
exceptional quality of products
Provide customer service support and maintain communication with
Account Managers and local office leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BA/BS Degree preferred
Knowledge of the personal insurance marketplace and regional
regulations
Experience in the high net worth market or with relevant customers
and products preferred
Supervisory or management experience in a call center or operations
environment
Possession of a P&C license or ability to obtain within 6
months of hire
