Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contractor - Merger, Acquisition and
Divestiture Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts and support MAD
projects
Develop, track, and report against customer-specific project
plans
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer objectives are
met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or
project management role, preferably in healthcare IT
Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience
with project reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel
