Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Lead, Creators to shape
world-class social experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver intuitive tools for creators to build engaging
avatars, worlds, and monetized experiences
Drive strategy for the creator ecosystem, ensuring alignment with
company goals through research
Own end-to-end design execution and mentor designers while
advocating for creator needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a design lead role at a high-growth,
consumer-facing company
Proven success in leading high-performing design teams with
strategic leadership and hands-on contribution
Portfolio showcasing design leadership and execution focused on
creator experiences and tools
Deep understanding of design principles, industry trends, and
emerging technologies
