Job Description:
A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients,
insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer
monitors
Work effectively in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during specified
hours
Comfortable with remote work in a call center setting
No employment sponsorship available for this position
Post-offer health screenings and vaccinations may be required
