Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its Texas
Region.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with
company policies and regulatory requirements
Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages
to Underwriting for approval
Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and meeting
closing dates and deadlines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of retail loan processing experience
Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans;
USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal
supervision
High level of integrity and confidentiality required
