A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and enroll employees in their company's voluntary and
supplemental benefit plans
Assist employees with filing claims for supplemental insurance
coverage
Provide ongoing administrative support to policyholders and
employer accounts, ensuring smooth benefits management
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English & Spanish
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of employee benefits experience
Life & Health insurance license required
High school diploma or equivalent
