Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Advisor to support their
Talent Acquisition team through recruiting and administrative
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various roles across
departments
Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align
candidate qualifications with organizational needs
Manage candidate interviews and provide exceptional candidate care
throughout the process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within biotech,
pharmaceutical, or IT industries
1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or
equivalent work experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Office
Suite
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a
customer-service orientation
