JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIESLogistics AdministratorJob Title : Logistics AdministratorReports To : Director of Logistics Prepared By : CH SongDate : February 5, 2021Summary: This position is maintaining/analyzing the proper inventory levels, managing supply chain and resolving shortfall risks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Inventory and Transportation coordination.- Preferred 1+ years' experience in a logistics field- Must be able to effectively organize, prepare then present data as well as reports to all levelsof managements.- Must be able to handle new task as assigned with level of administrator's job. - Invoices: Rigorous data entry job which it takes high level of organization, precision and beingon time.- Utilize and manipulate spreadsheets as well as databases to display and analyze company data.- Delivery management: Inbound and outbound delivery management for shipments.- Customer services: Provide assistance to customers such as file request.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience/Education/Skills:?- Bachelor's Degree or above- Strong organizational and MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)- Excellent communication and organizational skills; (Bilingual Preferred -English/Korean) Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and must be able to travel both domesticallyand internationally.
