Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mechanical Dispatcher II
(FleetNet).
Key Responsibilities
Assess and assign all open events for fleet operations
Verify authorization and dispatch the appropriate service provider
for repairs
Inform customers of estimated arrival times and address any issues
or inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience, or
an advanced degree/certification with 5 years of experience
Experience in dispatching for breakdowns and/or medium to
heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking
Preferred degree in a related discipline or industry experience
Availability for varying shifts in a 24/7/365 environment
