A company is looking for a Physician Services Refunds
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Examine credit balances for one or more clients and run monthly
credit balance reports
Research, analyze, and resolve credit balances to completion while
communicating with insurance companies and patients
Comply with departmental policies and maintain productivity and
quality standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft applications: Word, Excel,
Outlook, Teams
Basic knowledge of government and national insurances
Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle experience is helpful
Cash Posting experience is helpful
