Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Iowa
Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates
Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and
enrollees
Document enrollment requests and enter information into a web-based
system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer
service roles
Must reside within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA
Background check required
Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
