WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB? * Present and promote a portfolio of implant and regenerative solutions. * Expand market share through new account development and deeper penetration of existing customers in Orange County (Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, and Santa Ana) * Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities within dental practices and specialty clinics. * Conduct regular in-office meetings, follow-ups, and educational discussions. * Resolve customer issues quickly to protect long-term relationships. * Attend trade shows, study clubs, and clinical education events. Requirements WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER? Education & Training * Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Science, or related discipline). * Equivalent, relevant sales experience will also be considered. Work Experience & Accomplishments * 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience. * Dental, medical, or complex solution sales experience is required. * Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently. * Experience managing an established territory with growth expectations. Skills & Competencies * Hunter mentality with disciplined territory planning habits. * Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. * Excellent relationship-building ability with professional customers. * Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently. * Confident using sales technology.
