hiring an EHSS Industrial Hygienist Specialist for a consulting
engagement with our direct client, a leading global
biopharmaceutical company. Job Description: The Environment,
Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) Manager will drive world
class EHSS performance across the site in a diverse biotech/pharma
environment. The role will be responsible for the execution of key
EHSS processes including: Continuous improvement of industrial
hygiene (IH) and ergonomics across site Trending and analysis of
EHSS information and provide data intelligence and actions Provide
IH and ergonomic support for new facilities and projects as part of
EHSS Design Review Provide subject matter expertise for several
EHSS programs including IH and ergonomics Primary responsibilities
include: Establish and execute risk assessment plans to ensure
risks are proactively addressed and controls are implemented
Analyze metrics and establish annual action plans to drive
continuous improvement Monitor incident trends and assist in
conducting incident investigations Ensure hazards are identified
and risks are proactively assessed Ensure changes with potential
safety impact are assessed and controls are established prior to
implementation Partner with clients to advance safety culture and
manage EHSS risks Conduct regular inspections of work areas
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supporting industrial
programs with focus on biological safety Safety experience in
research environments Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Strong
understanding of chemical and biological manufacturing and
laboratory operations Knowledgeable in office, industrial and
laboratory ergonomics Experience implementing and supporting
industrial hygiene and ergonomic programs Demonstrated ability to
lead diverse teams and influence management Strong communication
and presentation skills, action oriented, self-starting, program
development and project management Strong technical writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software systems

the Field (Very hands on) onsite everyday PM experience, Day to Day
