In this pivotal role, you'll work with educational institutions to provide essential behavior analysis services, enhancing educational outcomes and supporting students' behavioral needs. Conduct behavioral assessments and design behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective interventions. Supervise and train ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapists and other junior staff. Monitor and document the progress of treatment plans and adapt as necessary. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Provide training and guidance to educational staff and families on behavior management techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in data collection and analysis for assessing progress of behavior plans Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current BCBA certification State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable)
