Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized
opportunity is available for a Listening and Spoken Language
Specialist Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) to
provide essential services within an educational setting located in
Rowland Heights, CA. This position requires expertise in
Auditory-Verbal Therapy (AVT) to assess and support students in
their communication development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive auditory verbal therapy assessments to determine the
need for ongoing AVT services. Provide AVT sessions to students
once a month, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. Collaborate
with the educational team to ensure the best outcomes for student
communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports related to therapy sessions. Uphold state licensing
requirements and professional standards in all service delivery.
Qualifications: Current LSLS Cert. AVT (Listening and Spoken
Language Specialist Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist)
certification. Valid state license in the discipline of
Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or Teaching Deaf and Hard of
Hearing. Experience working in school settings and familiarity with
educational protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills for effective collaboration. Position Details: Location:
Rowland Heights, California. Schedule: Part-time, onsite position
requiring availability 1x per month for a 60-minute session.
Assignment Duration: Immediate start through June 5, 2026. This
role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53.
