Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business analytic processes including documentation, project
planning, development, testing, implementation, and reporting
Serve as the lead liaison between business groups, IT, and vendors
to ensure project completion
Design business metrics and evaluate software/hardware planning,
making recommendations to executive management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 6 years of related
experience, including 5 years at the management level
Experience in Project Management, Business Analytics, and/or the
commercial real estate industry preferred
Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, and database
management/business intelligence
PMP (Project Management Professional) designation preferred
Knowledge of loan servicing and/or commercial real estate processes
preferred
