Job Description:
A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator - Contractor
(Virtual, CAN).
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the Zendesk environment and Microsoft
Dynamics 365
Coordinate the launch of new features and assist in
workflow/process design
Create and maintain documentation for Zendesk setup and
customizations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of System or Application Administration experience
3+ years of experience with Zendesk development/integrations
3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk
SDK and API
Associate or higher degree in a related field
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired
