Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interview scheduling through Ashby, ensuring a seamless
candidate experience
Maintain structured interview plans and oversee job setup in Ashby
for efficient hiring processes
Collaborate with recruiters and TA leadership to support
interviewer programs and ensure data accuracy
Key Qualifications
Strong experience with Ashby, including scheduling and job
setup
Familiarity with Metaview for interview structure and feedback is a
plus
Experience in supporting interviewer programs and managing
documentation
Background in TA operations, recruiting coordination, or HR systems
support
Highly organized and able to work across global teams
